1. Select Extra Work from the Main Menu
  2. Select PIN from the Extra Work main menu
  3. Select a Contract (if it is not already selected)
  4. Select a PIN Item

  1. Click the Icon??Description automatically generated icon in the Modify column

Note:  If the PIN is already closed it is Read Only 

  1. Update the PIN Information, if applicable
  2. Click Void or Cancel radio buttons
  3. Click OK
