  2. Contract category: “Facility”, “Redevelopment”, “Tenant”, “Other”, or “Archived”
  3. Contract type: “Capital”, “PA” or “Work Order”;
  4. Contract funding option: “PA” or “FED”;
  5. Percentage of contract completion. Calculated based on Total WIP and Forecast.;
  6. Bid date;
  7. Award date;
  8. Contract start date;
  9. Original contract completion date and duration;
  10. Revised contract completion date and duration. Initially it is set to the Original contract completion date, and revised and re-calculated based on schedule impacted Change Orders;
  11. Forecast substantial completion date and duration. Initially it is set to the Original contract completion date, and revised and re-calculated based on Potential Delay items and schedule impacted Extra Work items.
